My Approach to Mentoring
My work as a yoga teacher as well as facilitating Vocal Embodiment and Theta Healing sessions has shown to me how important consistency is to achieve truly profound results. Asanas are an easy example: if you want to learn how to do a handstand or hanuman asana (splits), you will need to have clear intentions and to be willing to practice regularly. In Theta Healing for instance, it is not enough to “just remove a belief”. Sometimes it takes time for new beliefs to manifest themselves in your body and in your subconscious. At the end of the day, it takes time to work with your voice and your body in general. Only this way we can hold space for ourselves and learn how to grow step by step. Only this way we can heal old wounds in a safe and thus long-lasting way.
Is Mentoring for Everyone?
I don’t believe that EVERY person needs mentoring.
But I do know that there are people – like myself – who struggle to with consistency. We’re prone to develop blockades and blind spots, in particular when facing difficult issues and feelings. There’s a reason for that. Our bodies are incredibly smart. Whenever we try to push for quick results even though our system is not ready to take these steps, we get overwhelmed and – worst case even aggravate our problems.
We will however definitely slow down our progress.
This is why mentoring can be very useful.
In our mentoring sessions, we will create a safe space for you to take each step at your own pace, so that you can face your feelings bit by bit, in a safe and sustainable way. The goal is for you to slowly develop the courage and, later on, even the confidence to show who you truly are and what you need.
What does my mentoring program look like and who is it suitable for?
Basically, my mentoring is suitable for everyone. But I want clients who really want change and are committed to it. I want clients who are convinced that they can make a difference in this world and are prepared to take the necessary steps.
My mentoring is a program that I tailor to you and your individual issues and needs. In our work, I incorporate selected tools and my acquired and intuitive knowledge in order to support you optimally within your own time and in your process.
My program is for people who want to make it as easy as possible for themselves while facing their shadows and resolving their issues. It is meant for people who are really willing to work on themselves. And for people who have understood that faster isn’t always better;
Shame dies when stories are told in safe spaces.
What Are the Conditions?
You will receive 6 appointments over 8 weeks for 1:1 online sessions of approx. 90-120 minutes each. Between the appointments, you will have Telegram support approx. 5 days a week for 22.222,- Euro. Together we will decide whether weekly or biweekly sessions make the most sense for you to apply the knowledge you’ve learned in each session. Sometimes you might even need two sessions in one week or you might want to take a few weeks off, in case you might need a small break in between.
Within this container, which will correspond to your needs, I hold space for you and teach you step by step how you can hold yourself better and better by accompanying you, pointing out potential that I perceive and giving you tools that can also support you in your processes in everyday life.
Before you book, we will test whether the vibe between us is right in a get-to-know-call.
How do my mentoring sessions look like?

What will you learn from my mentoring program?
- First of all, I will provide a safe frame in which you will learn to get in contact with yourself to be able feel yourself more clearly again.
- You will learn to acknowledge your feelings and needs. This also means learning to trust yourself (again) in order to believe that your feelings are valid.
- Over time, you will realise that fearing the intensity of feelings is the most intense feeling of them all. As soon as you feel safe and able to take care of yourself, you will understand on a deeply embodied level that allowing all these feelings is safe.
- By accepting your feelings with loving kindness, you will be able to recognise your needs with clarity, stand by them to make sure that they are met any time as quickly as possible.
- You will learn how to set boundaries in a clear yet kind manner.
- Eventually, you will learn to accept and love yourself more and more. Just the way you are. Without any feelings of shame, guilt or fear, but with a lot of self-compassion, joy and lightness
